This Privacy Policy explains how SimHunt handles personal data when users access the platform through <https://simhunt.xyz> or other secured SimHunt access points. SimHunt is a private digital asset managed by KNOWDYN LTD (UK).
Data we process
SimHunt may process information required to operate a secure discovery platform, including:
- Account details such as name, email address, password hash, verification state, terms-acceptance timestamp, and account role.
- Security and access records such as session information, CSRF state, login events, rate-limit events, API token hashes, and API usage logs.
- User-submitted operational information such as dataset corrections, contact requests, notices, or support messages.
- Technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and error or security logs.
Raw API tokens are not intended to be stored after issuance. Passwords are stored as hashes.
Why we process data
SimHunt processes data to provide and secure accounts, verify subscriber access, protect source-link controls, operate API access, prevent abuse, maintain logs, respond to requests, protect intellectual property, and comply with applicable legal or operational obligations.
