Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to SimHunt accounts, public pages, verified subscriber features, API endpoints, and any secured access point managed for the platform.

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, verification, rate limits, source-link locks, or API controls.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk export, mirror, or reconstruct SimHunt databases except through authorized API access and within published limits.
• Share credentials, API tokens, private links, subscriber-only records, or administrative information.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malware, unlawful content, infringing material, misleading metadata, or hostile payloads.
• Use SimHunt to violate third-party dataset licences, export controls, privacy obligations, security rules, or research-integrity requirements.
• Interfere with platform availability, logging, monitoring, or security controls.

SimHunt may suspend, rate-limit, revoke, investigate, or remove access where activity creates legal, security, operational, intellectual-property, or platform-integrity risk.
