Intellectual Property Protection

SimHunt is protected as a private digital asset managed by KNOWDYN LTD (UK). The SimHunt name, platform structure, curated metadata, scoring presentation, readiness methodology, interface design, database organization, documentation, source code, generated previews, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property, database-right, copyright, trade-secret, contract, and unfair-competition principles where applicable.

Platform materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, users may not copy, scrape, mirror, reproduce, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, train competing systems from, or commercially exploit SimHunt platform materials without written authorization.

Dataset ownership

Third-party datasets and external source materials referenced by SimHunt remain subject to their own licences, owners, repositories, and source terms. SimHunt does not remove, replace, or override those terms.

Protected access

Verified subscriber access, source URL visibility, API access, account credentials, tokens, private records, administrative interfaces, logs, and non-public endpoints must not be shared, bypassed, resold, probed, or used to reconstruct protected SimHunt assets.

Rights concerns

Rights holders or authorized representatives may contact SimHunt with a specific dataset identifier, source URL, rights basis, requested action, and verification information. SimHunt may restrict or amend records while a rights concern is assessed.
