Data Sources and Dataset Records
SimHunt helps users discover public physics simulation dataset records and related technical signals. Records may reference public archives, research repositories, institutional pages, source-code repositories, papers, benchmark pages, and other third-party locations.
Discovery layer
SimHunt is a discovery and metadata layer. It generally does not host the original dataset files. Public previews are intentionally limited, while verified subscribers may receive controlled access to original source URLs where available.
Readiness signals
Dataset records may include signals such as domain, solver, mesh hints, file types, ML task relevance, provenance, licence clarity, metadata completeness, geometry information, boundary-condition language, and freshness.
User responsibility
Before using any dataset, users must check the original source for licensing, citation, redistribution, privacy, export-control, ethical, and technical restrictions. SimHunt readiness scores and labels are decision-support signals, not guarantees.
Corrections
SimHunt may update, remove, rerank, or correct records when source content changes, rights concerns arise, better metadata becomes available, or platform standards evolve.
